i got my own picture i want, ive been trying this for like a day, i tried to put custom still image for portrait right, technically i know how to do it, but when i do it,

Hard to say what the problem is without any details. What *exactly* are you trying to do? What tools are you using to do it?

i would say i think what i tried to do was to make a custom portrait, you see the picture i have here in this website? this one was the one i tried to use for terran, i have no idea how to do anything

If you're trying to do this in SC: Remastered, I have no idea at all. Apparently modding it is a pain.
If you're doing it in Starcraft classic you need to create a mod. I'm not sure about a still image, I don't know anything about editing the .smk files, but luckily someone's made a portrait with that character: https://staredit.net/sc1db/file/3322/
In short you'd create an MPQ file using a tool like WinMPQ, add those to it and run your mpq using MPQDraft. I can elaborate further if you're cool with it being on Classic.

I did it with still image and i tried with moving picture too, and i got that error where, when you click a units, they went to this qr codes looking thing for a bit and THEN they showed the image of the character right? when i do this, it stuck in that white and black glitching effect, but it doesnt show a IMAGE of the portrait or nothing, it just stuck there

Oh_Man -- it doesnt need maphack. the person who stole it and is using it on the ladder is using it with maphack. all its training was done with normal fog of war[01:28 pm]
NimoStar -- Unless specifically logged and retrained. But that wasn't in the original version. It just played itself[01:28 pm]
NimoStar -- it has a static training, which is converted into weights. it doesn't actually learn from new games.
